I immersed to italo disco & electroclash production.In those years i loved the bright melodic dance direction in my music. I wrote these tracks without looking at modern labels & modern tastes and fashion.I did what I liked. It energized me with a lot of energy. I felt like a true creator and magician. The Oyster Cult’s Naarm continent grows larger with the addition of Ebbs N Flow. The unholy alliance of Dashiell and Will Holden of Hybrid Man touching down with some precision-tooled tech house variants, and considering their only previous collab came on an Animalia compilation back in 2022, this has been long in the making.OYSTER56 marks the first full release from this lesser spotted project. The handiwork of two producers, both accomplished in their own right but transcending their respective styles for a 4-track dose of late nite propulsion. Seductively stripped-back and engineered for optimum impact.Flexing a deftness of touch, and a far cry from the smudged, dubby FX Holden tends to deploy under the Hybrid Man banner, these tracks set the duo’s stall out as purveyors of the nocturnal and club-ready. Sultry, sleek, and sumptuous like only the dankest cuts can sound.It’s fitting that a track with the title 'Deeper Dream' might feature on a release feeling like a transmission from the other side; a parallel dimension where the after-hours never end.

Having been lost in the Discogs realms for many years, without many sound clips online, each of ThePiroman’s EPs began to gain a lot of traction online.The Piroman EP, the first of 2 projects released back in the 90s, features three tracks with rolling electro/breaks elements throughout, inspired from the West Coast. All 3 tracks were given a European twist and willfit onto modern day dance floors comfortably.This EP will be released along with an insert, with a little more information on The Piroman and their earlierinfluences. 25 years later - The Piroman returns…Limited to 300 copies.

On May 20th On Rotation returns for their first VA release - Genetic Memories Vol. 1.Anderson opens the release with the mystical ‘Polymorphic Magic’ - a low-slung builder combining deep synths with sampled instrumentation.

A naturally psychedelic sounding instrument, I wanted to accompany the flutey pipe with a deeper and low-mid tempo chug.” - AndersonNext up is Musty Head Records main man Jamie Leather - combining the tight drums and skilful melodic work of his previous releases with all the influences we love, ‘Discovery’ is sure to get any party going.Leading the B-Side of the record is Ed Hodge's ‘Atreides’ - a tough yet playful banger drawing influences from across the spectrum of UK music. Featuring ethereal synths, driving rhythms and beefy low end, this floaty number works just as well at home as in the club - a perfect way to round off the EP!
