The EP in opening with the aptly named Da3m0ns a track that will spare no one on the dancefloor thanks to his heavy kickdrum and creepy vocals. The A2, Ones-And-Zer0es (ft. Mr. Murray) can be the soundtrack of a futuristic ride in full speed. It contains an acid baseline and beautiful chords.On the flip, the tone is a bit brighter, A1 3L Ff1n would be for sure very effective for the sunrise when you want to keep the party going ! V1ew-S0urce is closing the EP with a track containing a strong breakbeat and a touch of IDM. With beautifull arpeggios and a very specific voice treatment, this track highlights the versatility and the skills of Ish. This is a producer you have to watch out !

Pascale Project debuts on Craigie Knowes with the ‘Good People Only’ EP. The title is lifted from the title track ‘Café Crazy’ – a dance-pop hybrid soaked in good vibes and electronic fun. The 3 original tracks are laced with original lyrics and themes that were written and performed by Pascale Project. A1 is remixed and refoamed by the D. Tiffany with additional vox by NAP.

French producer, DJ and RDV (Recit de Voyage) label owner returns to the label this April with her ‘Thoughts Of Day’ EP, accompanied by remixes from Giegling’s Koreander and Fred P. Since launching the RDV Music imprint in 2017, Molly has welcomed an array of up-and-coming talent and long-time respected figures in the contemporary house and techno scene onto the imprint, such as Dana Ruh, Cosmin TRG, Wbeeza, Aybee, Orion and many more. Here though, Molly steps into the spotlight herself with a new full-length EP for the label, the vinyl version features two originals and two remixes, while a further two originals will surface as bonus cuts on the digital release. First up on the EP is the original mix of ‘ It Feels Like It Only Goes Backwards’, encapsulating Molly’s signature deep aesthetic via hazy atmospherics and swirling dub textures, floating atop a bouncy sub bass groove and swinging, organic drums. Kettenkarussel member Koreander’s ‘Final Relief Remix’ of ‘It Feels Like It Only Goes Backwards’ follows, offering an ambient twist on the original version, taking the hypnotic elements, and reshaping them into a murky, subtly unfurling six and a half minute beatless interpretation. Next up on the flip side, Fred P reworks ‘Sweet Afternoon’, delivering a typically classy deep house cut driven by a choppy bass line, bright string stabs and crisp, bumpy drums. Molly’s ‘Mercure’ then completes the package, embracing a more groove driven feel as plucked bass notes, swelling subs, mesmerising synth flutters, and swinging drums develop in a subtly nuanced fashion throughout.

Dylan Batelic (Paper-Cuts) and Thomas Martin (Furious Frank) fuse together for a 7 track collection of low-slung immersive deepness, embodying a cycle of life via the ebbs and flows of sonic seasonal evolution. A collaboration of cyber synthesis; written simultaneously Melbourne through Adelaide during late 2021, the result a refined yet spontaneous take on dubbed downtempo through to driving dance deviance.Beginning with a birth, the stand alone Intro’s saturated glow cultivates a vivid timbre and sun kissed sub-stratosphere. Sprouting melodic constructions continue to blossom throughout the record and growing pains are welcomed with open arms, a mature moodiness brooding delicately through assured drums and fleeting Janet vocal fragments. Broken beat patterns group together and tessellate, the woven sunken bass leaves space for flickering hi hat fissure in SA-124, this groove based atmospheric momentum evolving cohesively track after track. Bright, refined concepts that linger and dissolve in your subconscious for weeks. The B Side preserves the introspective tip but dives deeper, faster; Birds Of Paradise melting organic field recordings into blissful synth voices and ricochet breaks. Bubble (Contagious Mix) feels like a midnight highway dub drive, shooting and gliding fluently; coloured lights iridescently blurred as if it was all a dream... then the closing track, which induces a sharp sense of hypnosis. Traditional techno expressions flirt with your ears, layers of repetition locked and loaded, dwindling into the abyss; conclusion of the cycle.
