We are ecstatic to share this double VA LP to celebrate Telomere 010! This is an extra stacked release with eight artists, as always blending and bending the spectrum of electronic music. This releases has been in the works for the last 3 years, and has morphed into an epic 8 tracker for all hours of the day and night.

Introducing Tread Records, a fresh new imprint from London.Taking the reins for the debut release is the unique Guava, whose previous releases on labels such as R&S and Holding Hands, has made him one of the big names to watch in the leftfield electronic world. Collaborating on the release are two of London’s finest session guitarists, Alex Blake and Leo Abrahams. Their impressive CVs include work with artists such as Jon Hopkins and Skepta, respectively.Things open up with ‘In Cloud’, a blissed-out slab of broken techno, spaced out with guitar riffs played by Blake. Both ‘Libelle’ and ‘Equinox Meaning’ continue on this theme with a cut of bass weight with more silky guitar, performed by Abrahams, on the latter. Dublin-based Sputnik One is on remix duties, turning ‘Libelle’ into a beefed-up club weapon fit for any sound system.

For their sixth instalment, Lowlife Cartel follow up to their last two compilations (“Pimps Improvisations” in 2018 and “Omnia Vanitas” in 2020) with a new six-track VA named “Kodoku”; a vortical release, both bold and forward-looking, while fully geared for the club environment. Taking its title from a poisonous magic from the medieval Japanese era obtained by placing several venomous insects in a jar and letting them kill one another until only one survives, “Kodoku” - which interestingly also translates as “solitude” - features a cast of producers old and new to the fold including Saverio Celestri, the faceless △, Prince de Takicardie, Tundramane & Ko$te, Solar Alliance and Shampoo.

AOP007 sees the return of Ukraine’s Artist Volodymyr Gnatenko. On two of the tracks he collaborates with his friend Kai Noob , leaning on the more experimental side of things. The other two tracks, which are Volodymyr solo work, are for the floor. Also returning to AOP is Warpque delivering another stunning cover for us.

Relentless and elusive french producer NairLess reveals his first solo EP released on the first vinyl of the label he co-founded, Aurore 404.Two breakbeat-y groovers, a cosmic, fast-paced remix by Sichuan, and a slice of acido-disco to finish it off..
