FHUO Records has been pushing the limits of its own diversity by releasing an ambient soundtrack album, hip-hop beats, neo soul and electronic music during the last months.But here it comes back after a short hiatus with something powerful and very special, the first solo album of one of the all time finest french jazz pianist on the scene, Marc Bianco.Known for his house productions and his project Kimosabe with Folamour, Marc Bianco decided to go back to the roots for his first long format under his real name. Coming from improvisation, live jazz and the connection between composing and sharing energy, he decided to mix all these ideas into a beautiful experience going through cinematic universes from one track to the other. Different worlds while we're still on the same trip. One for the books!

The second release of Distant Waters has been conceived with the idea of making something dynamic with flow and motions as a scene of sea hunting with several wild oceanic animals. So we collaborated with different inspired divers who came all around Europe to give their vision of our synchronized hunting.Solidwood the italian man behind the label Planet Tapes open this VA with a warm, stirring & progressive track.Then Sans Sucre strikes again, like a seagull who plunges into a big shoal of fish with a high energy track.The guys from Toulouse, Soyouz & Groenogen keep the flow going with a speedy micro-acid track that will make people dance as fast as a group of sardines trying to escape from their predators.English newcomer Human Logo close this EP with a shiny housy track with samples of whales which call for a hunting session.

Having proactively set the pace of the Danish scene for the past few years under many guises and just as many records for an array of premium labels, Regelbau spearhead Natal Zaks alias Central, aka Picture this time around, joins the Kalahari Oyster Cult fold with a quartet of fresh-minded, bouncy joints taking the classic Aarhus vibes for a trip into further hypermodern melodic grounds.

After recent resurrection from the early 90s on labels Mirror Zone, Animals on Psychedelics and Klasse Wrecks, Memphis returns with the Essences EP brought to you from timezones past and present.Staring at the eye peering from the centre of Side A you’ll find yourself aboard an Obsidian Submarine roaming through an alien world’s vast oceans battered by clanking synths, drenched by foaming acid and awash in tense pads.Coming ashore the buzzing tribal rhythms and floating ambience of Essences provide an immersive hyper-real landscape to consider the fundamentals of where we’ve been and what we’ve seen.Moving over to Side B, where the eye seems to have melted into a distant nebula, On Stranger Tides conjures a liana-covered lost temple built from ancient rock kickdrums and bone-dry hihats permeated with stuttering chants and a plaintive call into the night.Finally we head back to 1994 to rediscover an old prog house gem dug up from the Beneath a Different Sun EP, omitted due to time constraints from the Mirror Zone 2018 re-release, and now given a chance to breathe again.Thanks to Jeremy Hegge for his beautiful field recordings and Snoozy of Rat Face Records for all his sonic guidance.

Style ranging almost across the house music spectrum, this third of its type following "Late Psalms "and "In Motion" delivers organic groove, house tracks, deep house vibes and warm relaxing songs.It opens up on Knuckle G - Late Night Walk, a smooth lounge goes house track, aloud and soothing ambiance that brings you along with him. Then drops in Le Hutin - Al Dente, a resolutely club friendly track pacing on a slow house beat, filtered vocals and some warm synth patterns. A face closes on Chinau - I've Been Doing My Own Thing, a patchworked sample based track conveying some pure and raw joy, a solid deep house take.on the other side, Vanderkraft - Ça Pointe embrace a vocal and math-rock approach of house developping throughout the track with an Epic finish. B.K Mik - Since She's Mine follow by with a much cosier approach, from samples to layered synths, this track is coated in smoothness. Nebula's final track Thirsty Guys - Deep Sensations is a confortable outro beared by a slow-yet-groovy bassline and some rich space environment
